Spencer Community Garden

In the spring of 2004, Milwaukee Urban Gardens teamed up with the Daniels-Mardeck branch of the Boys and Girls Club to break ground for a permanent community garden. This year, MUG will partner with the Daniel-Mardak Boys and Girls Club to coordinate a service learning project at Spencer Garden that focuses on healthy physical activity and environmental stewardship. MUG will work with youth to organize community garden plots and activities.
